The Glock 17 is a semi-automatic sidearm manufactured by Glock of Austria. It uses advanced polymers to create a lightweight yet durable firearm. It uses 9x19mm Parabellum/Luger cartridges and holds them in a 17 round detachable magazine.
It is has seen widespread usuage, used by civilian, police and military forces around the globe.
Changes from DayZ to DayZ: Breaking Point[]
The Glock 17 in DayZ: Breaking Point is significantly different from the original. It no longer has a Flashlight attachment and features a complete black finish in addition to new sounds.
However, the Glock 17 can still utilize magazines from the Beretta M9 and M9 SD however it cannot use 93R magazines.
In addition, it can also utilise its own unique magazines such as the Glock 18 and Glock 19.
